A universal joint (also known as Cross Joint) is a mechanical device that allows one or more rotating shafts to be linked together, allowing the transmission of torque and/or rotary motion. It allows for transmission of power between two points that are not in line with each other.
KYK supplies a wide range of cross joints and cross joint kits for Agricultural and automotive applications. KYK Universal joints come in different shapes, sizes and configurations to accommodate the specific applications they go into.
GWB has ready stock of all types and is working closely with KYK to constantly develop new sizes to accommodate the growing Automotive Industry in the Middle-East and surrounding countries.
A spark plug is an essential component of an internal combustion engine, designed to ignite the air-fuel mixture within the cylinder. GWB provides high-quality spark plugs for both old and new vehicles, ensuring optimal performance, fuel efficiency, and durability across all engine types.
GWB’s technical expertise in spark plugs has been a driving force in consistently addressing industry-specific requirements, providing customized solutions year after year for the past decade.
Oil seals, also known as shaft seals or rotary seals, are vital components that prevent the leakage of lubricants, oils, and fluids while blocking dirt, dust, and contaminants from entering machinery. They play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and longevity of rotating and moving parts in engines, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems.
GWB provides a comprehensive range of oil seals, from economical to premium options, catering to the diverse needs of various industries with high-performance sealing solutions.
The best way to avoid unwanted stresses when assembling interference‐fit parts is to heat the outer part just enough to produce a temporary clearance. Induction heaters allow this to be done precisely, quickly and efficiently. Bearings having an ID > 50 mm must be hot mounted as the interference between the shaft and the bearings is more. Cold mounting or use of methods such as open flame, oil bath or hot oven must be avoided as they are inefficient; less controlled and do more harm than good to the bearings.
Induction Heater is an excellent method for heating and installing rolling bearings and ring‐shaped metal parts such as gearwheels, sprockets, sleeves, etc with both speed and care.
Commonly known as bearing pullers and wheel pullers, these hydraulic pullers offer a safe and efficient way to remove shaft-mounted components such as bearings, gears, sleeves, wheels, and sprockets—eliminating the need for time-consuming and hazardous hammering, heating, or prying. Controlled hydraulic power ensures minimal damage to parts during removal.
Constructed from high-strength steel alloys, GWB pullers are built for durability and reliable performance, even in the toughest environments.
